About the HyperArtSpace Gallery

The goal of the Boston Cyberarts Online Gallery is to be a space on the World Wide Web where:
  • Curated exhibitions promote the understanding of computer related art in the context of digital culture.
  • Non-web-based cyberart has global exposure.
  • Artists may provide a link to their own work via the informal Artists' pool, APropos.
This gallery shows art in which the computer is integral to the art piece, and/or the computer was part of the initial concept of the artwork. The gallery is dedicated to displaying various types of cyberart:
  • Web based / Internet Art
  • Text based Art
  • Flash Art
  • 2d and 3d Sculpture and Images
  • Scheduled Performance Art

Artists interested in displaying cyberart in this gallery may contact Carmin Karasic, the gallery director. Please send a project description, the URL(s) to review the artwork, and a short bio (which may include a link to a full bio) for inclusion in the gallery. We change the featured artist monthly, but all artworks remain in the Space.
